Description: Light yellow color with a luscious crisp pear flavor.

How to use:  Mix with olive oil to give any salad a refreshing and delicate flavor. Superb with baby romaine leaves, diced celery, chopped red delicious apples, a little white onion, chopped parsley, fresh ricotta cheese, and fresh cracked pepper. Add it to caramelized onions and fennel for a bright salad.  Perfect as a dressing with seasonal fruits and vegetables, splashed into soups or added to your favorite Asian pan sauces.
