At Sparrow Lane, we want you to love what you ordered.
We offer a 30-day “You’ll Love It” policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to decide whether it’s right for you. If something is not to your liking, we’ll gladly refund or replace your purchase.
Returns and Refunds
To start a return or request a refund or replacement, please contact us at sales@sparrowlane.com.
If needed, we will provide instructions for returning the item, including a return shipping label when applicable. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Once your request is reviewed, we will either:
- refund your original payment method, or
- send a replacement item, as appropriate
Order Changes and Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are not able to add items to an existing order after it has been placed.
If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to:
- cancel the order so you can place a new one, or
- remove item(s) from the order and refund the difference to your original payment method
To request an order change or cancellation, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at sales@sparrowlane.com as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We work hard to pack and ship every order accurately and safely. If your item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order and contact us promptly so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Most items we sell are covered by our 100% You’ll Love It Guarantee. However, gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
