Wow, what an amazing time we had at the Specialty Foods, Fancy Food Show this past weekend. It was great to see many of our longtime friends and make some new ones. There are always so many new things to see and taste. Yes – some you might regret but always plenty to try.
Of course, what would a trip to San Francisco be without dining out at some of the classic restaurants of the City.
Special thanks to Chef Allen at Scoma’s for a delicious dinner on the ever favorite Fisherman’s Wharf. Another long time San Francisco favorite, Lulu’s and their rotisserie chicken, ahhh, comfort food for the soul. And we had to go see our long time friends and mentor, Umberto and Chef Staffan at Perbacco. And as always, the food and service were over the top.
So now we start gearing up for the next round of upcoming shows and miles from the road. Stay tuned though , I always have a trip or two unplanned to share.
