The health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and communities we serve, have always been our top priority. Amid ongoing concerns of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to personally reach out to all of our customers and assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation. At this time, we do not anticipate any disruption of your orders. Should you anticipate any drastic change in your order, please contact your salesperson or customer service as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Sparrow Lane has already taken a number of proactive measures to ensure business continuity including evaluating our supply chain and restricting visitor access to our facility. We are also enacting CDC-recommended social distancing practices to prevent the spread of disease and we are working to ensure our building maintains the highest standards of cleanliness to help keep our staff safe.
Our focus is on keeping employees healthy and production running smooth at our production facility. We’ve seen no cases yet but will be prepared to adapt if required. We will continue to monitor developments of the virus so that we can support our customers, employees and communities as needs arise.
