Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

12 Crimini mushroom caps

3 T kale or basil pesto

3 oz cream cheese

Sparrow Lane Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Sparrow Lane Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

Instructions

De-stem mushrooms, toss with oil & vinegar. Bake at 350 degrees just until mushrooms sweat, about 10 min. While baking, combine pesto & cream cheese. When mushrooms are cool, scoop in cream cheese mixture and bake again until it starts to melt.
