4 Bartlett pears, diced or sliced
2 c red or green seedless grapes, well washed
1 T extra-virgin olive oil
1 T rice wine vinegar
2 T fresh sweet basil, finely chopped
Romaine lettuce (optional)
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, and basil. In a large salad bowl, gently mix together fruit together and pour dressing over. Toss to coat well. Serve on romaine lettuce if desired.
